The 2024 Neighborhood Clean-Up Program once again includes disposal passes! The Disposal Pass Program is designed to help residents in the City of Spokane remove extra waste by distributing $25 passes, valid at the Waste to Energy Facility.

Starting March 1, 2024, City of Spokane residents will be able to submit a request for a disposal pass. Passes will be emailed to you and will be valid for 30 days. Disposal passes are available until program funding is expended.
