The City of Spokane Engineering Services, will conduct a virtual
community meeting to discuss the proposal for a Conditional Use Permit and Variance for a new Water Reservoir. This Conditional Use Permit and Variance will be processed as a Type III application and will require a public hearing before the City Hearing Examiner.

Description of Proposal: The applicant is proposing a new 2 million gallon drinking water reservoir to serve the area, with a height up to 130 feet and a diameter of up to 100 feet. This is a Type III application and there will be a Public Hearing in front of the City Hearing Examiner.

The new speed zone cameras on Regal St and Ray St started sending warnings to drivers speeding in school zones on Regal St and Ray St. Warnings will be issued through the end of October; in November tickets will be issued.
