The final day to request a 2025 spring disposal pass is Friday, May 16. The Disposal Pass Program is designed to help residents in the City of Spokane remove extra waste by distributing $30 passes, valid at the Waste to Energy Facility. Disposal passes will also be available in the fall, handed out at our September meeting. The fall disposal passes will be eligible for redemption from August 5 to October 31, one per residence. Fall disposal passes are physical passes only. There will not be an online option for fall disposal passes.
