The City of Spokane Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is now available for public comment. The City is seeking comments to help inform future growth for Spokane. City Planners will be out in the community to answer questions about and discuss the Draft EIS. These are drop-in hours with no formal presentations. See you there!
