City Council District 3 is hosting a Land Use Town Hall. All city of Spokane residents are invited. The Town Hall will address how we develop, manage open space, and our growth management plan.

Thursday, Feb. 22, 5:30pm-8:30pm at the West Central Community Center in the Newtown Room.
